At Sublime SOULutions, our mission is to empower young men holistically, addressing the intricate dimensions of their mind, body, and soul. We are committed to fostering personal growth and emotional intelligence through our comprehensive programs and services. By offering a diverse range of initiatives under the Mind, Body, and Soul components, we aim to help men navigate the complexities of modern masculinity and redefine their sense of self. Through our dedication to nurturing the whole man – his mind, body, and soul – we strive to create a supportive community where individuals can cultivate resilience, embrace vulnerability, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
DE FOUNDER
ARSSANTE MALONE
Arssante is nothing more than a beautiful work in progress. A life learner, a father of seven, a husband, and overall source of positive vibes in his community.
With international experience as a school leader, educator, and entrepreneur, Arssante uses his unique background to curate healing spaces for Black men, coach educators in culturally affirming instructional practices, and mentor youth through martial arts and life coaching.
Currently, Arssante serves as the Director of Instructional Liberation where he utilizes culturally relevant pedagogy, critical frameworks, and socio-emotional competencies to guide school leaders and educators that desire to create the ideal learning environments for students to thrive in; especially Black students.
His advocacy and school transformation work is complimented by his martial arts program, BAD (Bridging All Demographics wtih) Budo Kai. This non-profit serves as the vehicle to mentor youth in SEL competencies and self-protection.
When not serving "the village", Arssante is pouring into his children, loving up on his wife, and knee deep in studying ways the Quran and Sunnah promote and enhance his socio-emotional intelligence.
